Job Overview :

of 3 years of experience in the education, study abroad, or institutional partnership sector.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify, approach, and build partnerships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
2. Leverage existing contacts to create business opportunities and increase brand presence for Knowledge Bazar.
3. Generate high-quality leads and convert them into confirmed business.
4. Maintain strong relationships with

   institutional stakeholders, counsellors, and decision-makers.

5. Conduct meetings, presentations, and seminars to promote study-abroad programs.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to develop partnership proposals and marketing collaterals.
7. Track performance metrics and report business progress periodically.
8. Represent the

   company at educational fairs, seminars, and events (local & regional travel involved)

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business, Marketing, or Education.
2. Minimum

   3 years of experience in business development or institutional outreach (education/study abroad industry preferred).

3. Proven

   ability to generate and convert leads independently.

4. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
5. Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with academic institutions.
6. Self-motivated, target-driven, and open to frequent travel within Kerala (especially around Kochi)
