Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who can drive revenue growth by generating leads, making daily customer calls, arranging bookings, and promoting our IT products and logistics services. The ideal candidate will combine sales skills with technical knowledge to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesMake daily outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Generate leads, build pipelines, and convert prospects into paying customers. Promote EzTruck’s IT products and solutions alongside logistics services. Arrange and confirm vehicle bookings as per customer requirements. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business. Achieve weekly and monthly revenue and sales targets. Conduct product demonstrations/presentations when required. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, support, technical) for smooth execution. Maintain accurate reports of calls, leads, opportunities, and closures. RequirementsGraduate in Business, IT, or related fields (preferred). 1–3 years’ experience in business development, IT product sales, or logistics sales (freshers with strong IT knowledge can also apply). Strong communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and Odia. Knowledge of IT products/software solutions is mandatory. Goal-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with targets.
