Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our Bhubaneswar team. The role involves handling daily calls with customers, arranging bookings, resolving queries, and contributing to revenue generation through excellent customer service and follow-ups. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls and attend inbound calls from customers daily. Explain EzTruck’s services, offers, and booking process clearly to customers. Arrange vehicle bookings as per customer requirements and confirm schedules. Follow up with customers for booking confirmations and payments. Maintain customer interaction records and update booking details in the system. Coordinate with operations and driver partners to ensure timely service. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues effectively. Work towards daily/weekly/monthly booking and revenue targets. Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business. RequirementsGraduate / Diploma (preferred). 0–2 years of experience in customer support / telecalling / sales (freshers can apply). Strong communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and English. Good listening skills with a polite and customer-friendly attitude. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, email handling).
