Job Description

Emoha is expanding its team and currently looking for dynamic and experienced Business Development Executives to join us. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role exclusively under the Emoha banner on the payrolls of our esteemed business partners and Elderpreneurs.


About the role:

We are looking for high-performing, on-ground business development professionals with strong networks and experience in hardcore sales in hospitals or home healthcare services. You will be responsible for building the doctor referral channel, identifying and converting leads, and ensuring seamless service delivery to clients.


Your day to day responsibilities will be:


1. Doctor & Hospital-Based Lead Generation

· Build and nurture strong relationships with doctors, nurses, hospital discharge planners, and administrators

· Build awareness within medical professionals (doctors, nurses etc.) , healthcare institutions e.g. hospitals about Emoha’s eldercare and home healthcare solutions, win them over and generate high-quality leads through doctor and hospital networks

· Devise plans to engage potential referrers, initiate business relationships and win them over to prefer Emoha over competitors



2. Lead Conversion & Revenue Closures

· Conduct detailed product pitches to potential clients (families/doctors/hospital stakeholders)

· Own the entire sales cycle from inquiry to deal closure

· Achieve monthly revenue targets consistently


3. Stakeholder & Node Management:

· Identify and implement additional channels of lead generation e.g. camps in residential societies, chemist tie-ups, engagement with local communities

· Help identify and develop NODEs (Neighborhood Outreach Delivery Engines) in RWAs (residential complexes) and clinics

· Build trust within communities to improve lead inflow


4. Client Engagement:

· Be the face of Emoha's offerings in front of all stakeholders from doctors to elders and patient families.

· Explain services to clients and elders, showcasing the value of Emoha.


5. Geographical Awareness: Must be aware of local geography.


6. Passion for Eldercare: Be passionate and empathetic about providing excellent eldercare services.


As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role exclusively under the Emoha banner on the payrolls of our esteemed business partners and Elderpreneurs.



Key Requirements:


· Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in healthcare, preferably in home healthcare services or hospitals sales and marketing, or home healthcare medical equipment business

· Strong understanding of doctor referral dynamics and healthcare consumer journeys

· Strong network of doctors and nurses that can help generate referrals immediately and gain business traction

· Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with focus on patient counseling skills

· Basic tech-savviness (CRM/app usage)

· Owns a two-wheeler and willing to travel within assigned geography

· Bachelor's degree is mandatory;
