Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in sales or customer service and will be confident in building strong client relationships. They should be proactive in reaching out to new leads, maintaining communication with existing clients, and converting inquiries into admissions. Strong communication and negotiation skills will be key to success in this role.

 

Responsibilities

Reach out to leads through calls, messages, and follow-ups.

Convert inquiries into admissions by presenting course details effectively.

Maintain consistent contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.

Keep lead records updated and track admissions pipeline.

Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.


Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: Plus Two (Higher Secondary).
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills in

    Malayalam, Kannada, English, and Hindi

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work from
