We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to support partnership initiatives. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building and maintaining relationships with educational institutions, expanding our partner network, and contributing to our outreach and recruitment goals. Qualifications Establish and nurture collaborative relationships with educational institutions, including colleges, and universities. Organize and conduct on-site seminars, workshops, and presentations at partner institutions to educate students, parents, and faculty about overseas education opportunities. Create and implement initiatives to increase prospective students' awareness of scholarships, courses, and destination countries. Travel extensively to educational institutions across assigned regions to promote overseas education and expand the organization's reach. Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Admissions, and Student Support) to ensure aligned messaging and efficient processes for students from partner institutions. Develop strategic initiatives and proposals to expand the organization's presence in key markets and increase student enrollments. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in the education sector, preferably with exposure to overseas education or international partnerships. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to travel extensively and adapt to different institutional environments. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
