About Us

We are a fast-growing premium premix brand specializing in innovative solutions for smoothies, thick shakes, softy ice cream, waffles, and specialty cold beverages. Our mission is to elevate the café, QSR, and hospitality experience by offering consistent quality, convenience, and indulgence in every sip and bite.

We are expanding our footprint and looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive who can build strong relationships, identify new growth opportunities, and drive adoption of our products across cafés, restaurants, hotels, ice cream parlors, QSRs, cloud kitchens, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Development
  • Identify and onboard new clients in the HORECA, café chains, QSR, and retail distribution segments.
  • Build strategic partnerships with distributors and channel partners to expand reach.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Drive revenue through consultative selling of our premium premix solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Develop long-term relationships with decision-makers (owners, chefs, procurement heads).
  • Act as a product consultant, advising clients on menu innovation and profit-margin enhancement using our premix range.
  • Brand Promotion
  • Support marketing activities such as sampling drives, exhibitions, and product demos.
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, culinary events, and industry forums.
Key Skills & Competencies
  • Proven track record in B2B food & beverage sales, preferably in premixes, bakery, dairy, or frozen dessert categories.
  • Strong network in the HORECA/QSR/foodservice ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
  • Passion for food trends, beverages, and customer delight.
Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development/sales within the F&B industry.
  • Experience with premium/pre-mix, dairy, or beverage brands will be a strong advantage.
