We’re Hiring | Business Development Executive – Agriculture E-Auction Platform | Uttar Pradesh | 1–3 Years Experience Are you experienced in agri-commodity markets and sales? Join E-TECH Innovative Services Pvt. Ltd. and help expand our e-auction platform across Uttar Pradesh by building strong buyer relationships and driving business on the ground. Location: Uttar Pradesh (Field-based role with regular travel) Experience: 1–3 years Compensation: As per industry standards (details will be shared with shortlisted candidates) Joining: Immediate preferred About the Role: We are looking for a proactive individual who can connect agri-commodity buyers to our platform and contribute to the business growth of our e-auction operations in Uttar Pradesh. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new agri-commodity buyers. Build market demand through direct outreach, one-on-one engagement, and seminars. Execute promotional activities to encourage buyer participation in e-auctions. Assist buyers with platform registration, onboarding, and usage training. Serve as a link between the E-Tech operations team and the auction houses. Coordinate regularly with auction houses for buyer-side activities. Take ownership of achieving assigned revenue and onboarding targets. Who Should Apply: Professionals with 1–3 years of experience in agriculture commodity markets, buyer engagement, or field sales. Strong communication and coordination skills. Willingness to travel extensively within Uttar Pradesh. Comfortable working in a field-based, target-driven environment.
