Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with key industrial customers.
  • Lead customer presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept discussions.
  • Collaborate with sales, technical, and inside sales teams to progress leads.
  • Handle commercial and technical coordination with customer stakeholders.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure disciplined sales funnel management.
  • Own customer engagement across onboarding, feedback, upselling, and renewals.
  • Drive upselling of new and upgraded solutions to existing accounts.
  • Collect customer requirements and share insights with product development teams.

Requirements

  • 35 years of experience in B2B industrial product sales, technical sales, or customer account management.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Comfortable with technical discussions and eager to learn emerging industrial technologies.
  • Engineering degree (B.E./B.Tech) is required; MBA is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Condition-based maintenance (CBM), energy management systems, Industry 4.0, SCADA, or Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) is a plus.
  • High ownership mindset and passion for building long-term customer relationships.
