Job Description

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with key industrial customers.
Lead customer presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept discussions.
Collaborate with sales, technical, and inside sales teams to progress leads.
Handle commercial and technical coordination with customer stakeholders.
Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure disciplined sales funnel management.
Own customer engagement across onboarding, feedback, upselling, and renewals.
Drive upselling of new and upgraded solutions to existing accounts.
Collect customer requirements and share insights with product development teams.

Requirements

35 years of experience in B2B industrial product sales, technical sales, or customer account management.
Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional coordination skills.
Comfortable with technical discussions and eager to learn emerging industrial technologies.
Engineering degree (B.E./B.Tech) is required; MBA is preferred.
Familiarity with Condition-based maintenance (CBM), energy management systems, Industry 4.0, SCADA, or Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) is a plus.
High ownership mindset and passion for building long-term customer relationships.
