We’re hiring a high-energy Inside Sales / Business Development Executive to drive growth. You'll connect with potential clients, demo our solution, and close deals. If you thrive in fast-paced roles and love converting conversations into customers — let’s talk.
🔧 What You’ll Do
Handle inbound and outbound leads via call, WhatsApp, and email
Conduct product demos and explain DigiStay’s value proposition
Convert prospects into paid customers — you own the close
Collaborate with marketing & product teams to improve pipeline
Use CRM tools to log leads, track conversions, and optimize funnel
🎯 What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / BDE
Fluent in English & Hindi – excellent communication is key
Proven ability to sell or upsell product-based software is a strong plus
Prior experience in SaaS, ERP, or hospitality tech preferred
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho)
Confident, curious, goal-driven personality
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
