Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The role focuses on client acquisition, lead generation, and B2B sales in the advertising and marketing industry. The ideal candidate will understand client challenges, build strong relationships, and provide solutions that drive business growth. At our organization, business development is not about selling products or services, it’s about solving problems and creating long-term value.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach.
  • Drive client acquisition and manage B2B sales in advertising/marketing services.
  • Generate qualified leads through various lead generation strategies.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide effective solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to business expansion.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful business presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Maintain sales reports and track market trends.


Key Requirements:

  • 1–5 years of proven experience in business development/sales (Advertising/Marketing industry preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Great presentation and client-handling skills.
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation, client acquisition, and brand promotion techniques.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and solve problems effectively.
  • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
