Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead and execute SEO strategies that drive measurable results. The candidate should have a strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with the ability to manage and mentor a small SEO team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize website content, structure, and landing pages.
• Execute link-building and outreach campaigns.
• Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and Google algorithm changes.
• Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams for SEO best practices.
• Lead, train, and manage a small SEO team to ensure consistent delivery of results.
• Prepare performance reports and actionable insights.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of proven SEO experience (agency experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools and analytics platforms.
• Good understanding of technical SEO and website architecture.
• Prior experience in
  team management or leading SEO projects.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
