As an SEO Manager at our company, your role is crucial in driving our business growth and success through effective planning, implementation, and management of our SEO strategy. You will work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization, regularly conduct thorough keyword research, and monitor key SEO KPIs to ensure the online presence aligns with business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, develop, and implement the SEO strategy to enhance online visibility. - Focus on organic search optimization and maximize ROI. - Conduct detailed keyword research to target relevant search queries. - Identify and monitor key SEO performance indicators. - Receive incentives for achieving set targets. - Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs for continuous improvement. - Prepare and deliver reports on SEO performance regularly. - Identify and address issues and implement timely solutions. - Propose enhancements for process and productivity optimization. - Collaborate with web developers and the marketing team for seamless execution. - Keep abreast of the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices. Qualifications Required: - 3-4 years of experience in an SEO Manager or similar role. - Proven track record in planning and executing successful SEO strategies. - Proficiency in web analytics, marketing, and business development. - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript. - Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Excellent time-management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
