About the Role: The Learning Operations Lead will be responsible for end-to-end coordination, execution, and quality assurance of a blended learning program delivered through District Nodal Skill Centers (DNSCs) established in partner colleges. The program includes weekly physical classes and online sessions. The role also includes mobilization support, industry engagement, and placement coordination at the district level.

Qualifications & Experience: • Graduate degree in education, management, social work, or a related field (masters preferred). • 3–5 years of experience in program delivery, mobilization, skill development, or education sector. • Prior experience in field outreach, placement coordination, or student engagement is preferred. • Proficiency in digital tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms.
