Business Development Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify prospective clients (authors, entrepreneurs, thought leaders)
  • Conduct initial outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to introduce our services
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings with senior consultants for detailed discussions
  • Maintain accurate client information, pipelines, and follow-up schedules in CRM/internal tools
  • Assist in preparing client briefs, and background research for senior team
  • Track outreach activities and share weekly reports on meetings scheduled
  • Stay updated on industry trends in publishing, ghostwriting, and author branding


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Publishing, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in business development, client coordination, or lead generation
  • Strong verbal and written communication in English
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple follow-ups
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, Excel, and outreach platforms
