About the Role

We are seeking a

Business Development Executive

who will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by managing the

end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure

. This is a great opportunity for someone who is tech-savvy, self-driven, and passionate about startups and technology.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and digital outreach.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and offering tailored solutions.Present and position CodeFlare Labs’ AI and SaaS products by translating technical features into tangible business benefits.Manage the entire sales process — from proposal drafting to contract closure — ensuring successful deal completion.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business growth strategies.Establish strategic partnerships to expand business reach and visibility.Track and manage leads, interactions, and opportunities using CRM tools.Represent CodeFlare Labs professionally in client meetings, events, and all business communications.Meet clients physically when required to build trust, close deals, and strengthen professional relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field (MBA is a plus).

6 months to 1 year of experience

in B2B sales or business development within a tech startup, SaaS, or software services company.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales tools.Candidates residing in

Kolkata or nearby areas

will be preferred

Compensation & Perks

CTC:

Up to

₹2.5 LPA

(

including fixed + performance-based incentives

)Monthly Target: Minimum ₹50,000 in closed business revenue to unlock fixed salary payout.
