Business Development Executive

Job Designation: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Location: Karnataka, Kerla & Tripura

Experience: Minimum 12 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 1015 daily visits to the market and retailers.

• Pitch mobile phones, features, and services to retailers effectively.

• Onboard 30+ new retailers per month and expand the buyer base.

• Meet 144+ new buyers monthly to explore business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong business relationships with retailers and distributors.

• Provide clear information on products, services, and ongoing marketing schemes.

• Conduct market surveys to track competitor pricing, product demand, and emerging industry trends.

• Stretch and adapt to business needs to achieve sales targets.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of the local market and smartphone industry.

• Excellent communication skills (regional language fluency + manageable English).

• Basic understanding of the refurbished smartphone market is an added advantage.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with retailers and buyers.

• Quick learner with adaptability in dynamic situations.

• Must own a two-wheeler and a smartphone (Android/iOS).

• Open to intercity travel (within 5060 km) and relocation as per business needs.

Educational Qualifications:

• Graduate / MBA (Sales or Marketing preferred)
