About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) with a proven track record in acquiring projects in Mobile Applications, Website Development, Custom Software, and AI/ML Solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT fundamentals and hands-on experience in handling the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Generate new business opportunities in mobile app, web, software, and AI/ML domains.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle – lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  • Utilize bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing to acquire clients.
  • Explore additional channels including networking and cold calling (if required).
  • Maintain and grow long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline tracking.


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • 4+ years of proven experience in IT business development/sales.
  • Solid understanding of IT industry fundamentals (apps, websites, software, AI/ML).
  • Proficiency in bidding platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing tools.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnel and sales cycle management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Middle East, Europe, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, SaaS, or cloud solutions is a plus.
