Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads and opportunities through outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other B2B prospecting methods.
• Initiate the first level of communication with clients and effectively present the companys services to generate interest.
• Set up and schedule qualified meetings for the sales/leadership team.
• Develop and execute lead generation strategies focused on

  UK, US, and Middle East markets

  .
• Manage and track leads through CRM systems, ensuring accurate reporting and pipeline management.
• Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline prospecting and nurture campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize messaging, outreach, and conversion strategies.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation and qualified meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in

  lead generation within a B2B environment

  .
• Strong experience in

  outbound calling, email prospecting, and client engagement

  .
• Proven success in approaching and developing business in overseas markets (UK, US, Middle East).
• Hands-on experience with

  CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo.oi, Sales navigator, Zoho, or similar)

  and

  marketing automation tools

  .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a results-oriented approach.

• Experience in IT services/solutions domain.
• Understanding of market trends, competitive landscapes, and international business culture.
