Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through various channels (email, LinkedIn, calls, etc.)
• Pitch IT services and SaaS-based solutions to prospective clients
• Handle end-to-end client communication and relationship building
• Convert leads into opportunities and close deals
• Maintain records of sales activities and follow-ups
• Collaborate with the internal tech and delivery teams to align client requirements

Qualifications:

• Graduate or pursuing graduation in B.Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA (Sales/Marketing/ITM preferred)
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with lead generation tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, Lusha, etc.
• Experience with CRM tools
• Basic knowledge of inbound and outbound leads
• Knowledge of freelance and Upwork
