Role Overview

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage with infrastructure contractors and EPC companies involved in road construction and industrial development.
• Promote our

  bulk bitumen transportation and supply services

  to potential and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with purchase and logistics departments of construction companies.
• Monitor upcoming infrastructure tenders and coordinate with the internal team for quotation and bidding.
• Provide weekly reports and market intelligence on ongoing and potential projects.
• Travel across project locations within the state as needed.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of sales/business development experience

  in

  cement, steel, petroleum, or logistics

  sectors.
• Strong client network within

  infrastructure/construction companies

  in and around

  Guwahati

  .
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, field-oriented, and results-focused.
• Fluency in Hindi and English (local languages a plus).

Preferred Background

• Prior work with companies dealing in:
  
• Cement (e.g., UltraTech, ACC, Shree Cement)
• Steel (e.g., TMT bars, industrial steel)
• Petroleum or Bitumen supply/logistics
• Familiarity with public and private infrastructure development cycles.
