As a Business Development Executive at Birnan & Brond, you will be at the forefront of our growth efforts. Your primary responsibility is to connect with potential clients, understand their needs, pitch our services, and convert leads into long-term business relationships.
🔹 Identify and reach out to potential clients through various lead generation methods
🔹 Explain our services clearly and confidently to prospects in both English and Malayalam
🔹 Pitch and present tailored solutions that align with client goals
🔹 Follow up with leads, handle objections, and close deals
🔹 Maintain a pipeline of leads and update CRM tools regularly
🔹 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
