About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and converting conversations into qualified business leads. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation abilities, and a proactive approach to achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients via calls, meetings, and presentations to understand their needs.
  • Generate, qualify, and convert leads into business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and solutions that meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and conversions in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to speak English, Telugu, and Hindi fluently.
  • Customer-centric, confident, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

  • Any graduate or postgraduate degree.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, or Customer Handling is a plus.
