Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Find new business leads through cold calling, networking, and outreach.
• Identify and qualify potential clients who need blinds, curtains, or wall panels.
• Meet with clients to understand their needs and suggest suitable products.
• Keep a strong list (pipeline) of potential customers to grow sales steadily.
• Give product demos and presentations to explain features and benefits.
• Work with the marketing team to use promotions for lead generation.
• Update and manage all client data and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Share product info, specs, and pricing clearly with customers.
• Negotiate deals within company guidelines to close sales.
• Follow up after installation to ensure client satisfaction and get repeat sales.
• Attend exhibitions and events to promote the brand and find leads.
• Study the market and competitors to find new opportunities.
• Meet assigned sales targets (monthly/quarterly/annual)
• Report sales activities, feedback, and results to the manager regularly

Requirements

Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Age : 24 - 35

Gender : Male/Female

Experince : 2+ years

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
