Location: Nagercoil Salary: Rs: 8,000 - Rs: 13,000 Experience: 2+ Years in Business Development (preferably in Construction) Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing construction company. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth by securing new projects and contracts. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sector. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and real estate developers. Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Maintain an active pipeline of leads and follow up regularly to convert leads into confirmed business. Collaborate with internal teams including project, estimation, and execution teams to ensure client requirements are met. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business avenues. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets as assigned by management. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings. Key Skills Required: Strong networking and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and meet targets Knowledge of the construction industry, tendering, and contract processes Good presentation and proposal drafting abilities Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, preferably in the construction or real estate sector
