The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s growth by securing new projects and contracts. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sector. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and real estate developers. Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Maintain an active pipeline of leads and follow up regularly to convert leads into confirmed business. Collaborate with internal teams including project, estimation, and execution teams to ensure client requirements are met. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business avenues. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets as assigned by management. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
