Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients and generate leads in both the solar and IT sectors.
Pitch services and solutions to prospective clients and successfully close deals.
Build and manage client relationships for long-term business opportunities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to discover new growth areas.
Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
Prepare and present business development reports to the management team.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in business development in both
Solar
and
IT domains
.
Strong understanding of
lead generation, client acquisition, and sales conversion
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in US or international markets
will be highly preferred.
Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Prior experience in B2B sales in Solar and IT industries is required.
