Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and generate leads in both the solar and IT sectors.
  • Pitch services and solutions to prospective clients and successfully close deals.
  • Build and manage client relationships for long-term business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to discover new growth areas.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
  • Prepare and present business development reports to the management team.


Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development in both

    Solar

    and

    IT domains

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    lead generation, client acquisition, and sales conversion

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in US or international markets

    will be highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.


Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales in Solar and IT industries is required.
