Position : PA to the CEO cum Front Desk Operator Location : Dehradun Experience : Freshers with strong skills are welcomed Employment Type : Full-time Job Summary: - We are looking for a smart, organized, and tech-savvy professional to work as Personal Assistant to the CEO cum Front Desk Operator . The ideal candidate should be able to manage administrative responsibilities efficiently, assist the CEO in day-to-day tasks, and maintain a welcoming front-desk presence. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the first point of contact for visitors, calls, and general inquiries at the front desk. Provide administrative support to the CEO including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and drafting emails. Maintain and organize office records, files, and important documents. Handle data entry and report preparation using MS Excel and Google Sheets. Prepare PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and meeting notes as required. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets . Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities. Good computer operation and data management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Professional appearance and behavior. Qualification: - Must be a Graduate (any stream). Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
