Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential clients for sustainability and ESG services and carbon projects.
  • Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, calls, and networking.
  • Conduct meetings, present proposals, and close business deals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain lead pipelines and client records.

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of sales or business development experience (freshers with strong skills may apply).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, MS Office, and CRM tools.
  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
