Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Telugu and Kannada, with a strong background in sales and business development.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and refine the sales strategy alongside the rest of the sales team.
  • Provide sound advice to potential and existing customers.
  • Craft and convert sales pitches on warmer leads.
  • Understand and pitch the AccioJob program to registered users.
  • Motivate and guide students via interactions.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals with students.
Job Requirements
  • At least 1 to 3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales/Key Account Management, ideally within the EdTech industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in Telugu and Kannada.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills with good negotiation skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
  • Quick learner who can take ownership of work.
  • Optimistic, resilient, and open to new ideas and ways of working.
  • Any Graduate/Postgraduate degree.
