About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) with at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing, and branding. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in lead generation, sales demos, and nurturing prospects through the conversion pipeline.

This role demands a go-getter attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships while meeting business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads through market research, networking, and digital channels.
  • Conduct product/service demos and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Move prospects efficiently through the sales funnel – from lead hunting to conversion pipeline stage.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align business development strategies with branding and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly business development and revenue targets.
  • Track, analyze, and report on lead generation activities and performance.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, marketing, or branding.
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies (LinkedIn, email campaigns, inbound/outbound marketing, etc.).
  • Experience in conducting client demos and presentations.
  • Ability to drive prospects from initial outreach to closing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.

Good to Have

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
  • Experience in working with B2B clients.
  • Understanding of digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, social media, branding, and website development.
