Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Study Abroad team. The role involves engaging with students and parents, identifying educational needs, promoting international education opportunities, and supporting students through the complete admission cycle — from inquiry to enrollment. This role is target-oriented and ideal for individuals passionate about helping students shape their academic careers globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Interaction & Consultation

• Connect with potential students and understand their academic goals and preferences.
• Provide guidance on suitable countries, courses, and universities.
• Offer accurate information about eligibility, documentation, and timelines.

Lead Conversion

• Respond promptly to inquiries received via calls, walk-ins, social media, and website.
• Follow up with prospective students and convert them into enrollments.
• Maintain high conversion ratios through effective communication and relationship-building.

Performance & Goal Achievement

• Work toward achieving monthly and quarterly enrollment goals.
• Promote value-added services such as test prep, visa assistance, and accommodation support.

CRM & Reporting

• Maintain detailed student records in the CRM system.
• Generate and submit daily/weekly reports on outreach and conversion activities.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Sales-focused mindset with a passion for helping students
• Ability to explain complex information in a clear, concise manner
• Organizational and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Experience in sales, client relations, or abroad education domain preferred (not mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
