As we continue our rapid expansion, we’re looking for a passionate and experienced HR Executive to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to work with a purpose-driven organization and help build a dynamic and committed workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help genuine candidates join the organization by recruiting for roles such as Study Abroad Counselors, Visa Officers, Document Executives, Telecallers, and Interns
• Handle end-to-end recruitment including screening, coordination, and onboarding
• Maintain HR records, employee data, and assist in day-to-day administrative activities
• Collaborate with various departments to understand staffing needs
• Contribute to employee engagement and a healthy workplace culture

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, primarily in recruitment
• Female candidates preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and administrative skills
• Familiar with MS Office, basic HR tools, and professional communication practices
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
