For one of our international IT client, we are looking for a goal-driven, proactive Business Development Executive to help our client grow our pipeline and close more high-value opportunities. You will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and drive revenue growth through strategic outreach. Key Responsibilities: Identify new potential clients through outbound outreach (emails, calls, LinkedIn, etc.) and convert them into sales opportunities. Own and manage a sales process—from prospecting and qualification. Track performance metrics, report on key KPIs (e.g. meetings booked, deals closed), and maintain CRM data accurately. Key Requirements: 3 - 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development. Proven track record of setting the meeting Set-up In-person meetings for the Business Manager & CXO. Good communication. Comfortable working in fast-paced, results-driven environments. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically. Nice to have: Experience in SaaS or tech industries. Prior work with sales development teams or selling into mid-market/enterprise clients. Familiarity with outbound tools (e.g. Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
