Job Description

We are seeking smart, sales-oriented Business Development Executives who can drive exhibitor acquisition, revenue growth, and client relationships for our B2C exhibitions. The role requires strong field sales capability, relationship management, and hands-on involvement in event execution.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and build a strong database of potential exhibitors (D2C brands) through market research, social media, referrals, and field activities.
  • Conduct on-ground visits to B2C exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events (within city and outstation) to collect data and generate high-quality leads.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with B2C clients through regular communication via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Share timely updates on upcoming events and effectively convert leads by selling exhibition stall spaces.
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets and performance KPIs.
  • Support event operations, coordination, and on-ground execution as required.
  • Ensure strict adherence to company SOPs before, during, and after each exhibition.
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities for event-related permissions (police, venue management, etc.).
  • Handle invoicing, payment follow-ups, and ensure timely and professional client communication.
  • Maintain daily MIS reports and provide regular updates to management on progress, challenges, and outcomes.
  • Support overall business operations and contribute to process and system improvements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Graduate with 3+ years of experience or MBA with 2+ years of experience in Insurance Sales, Real Estate, Mall Space Selling, Co-working Space Selling, Exhibitions, Trade Shows, or Event Management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with strong working knowledge of MS Excel (mandatory).
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Willingness to travel locally and outstation for business development and event operations.
  • Flexible to work extended hours during event days.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
