Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, outreach, and lead generation to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct consultative sales engagements — understand client needs, recommend tailored marketing solutions, and guide clients through strategic options.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process including prospecting, pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through regular follow-ups, updates, and strategic discussions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, strategy, and delivery) to develop customized service offerings and ensure seamless execution.
  • Provide expert sales consulting by advising clients on campaign planning, pricing, and performance optimization.
  • Deliver sales presentations, proposals, and marketing pitches to prospective clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline progress, forecasts, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and marketing best practices to inform strategy and improve sales outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, or a related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition — preferably within a marketing, digital, or advertising agency.
  • Strong understanding of marketing services (digital marketing, branding, SEO, social media, etc.) and the ability to consult clients on strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and providing consultative support through the sales cycle.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office / Google Workspace.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
