Business Development Executive (BDE)

Job Title: Business Development Associate

Location: In-person (Flexible Shifts) Day 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM / Night 5 PM To 2 AM
Salary: Starting from ₹15,000.00 per month
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Business Development team with daily operational tasks and follow-ups.
• Manage CRM tools and ensure lead information is updated accurately and regularly.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure smooth workflow and data sharing.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and required documentation.
• Assist in organizing virtual meetings, taking meeting minutes, and tracking action items.
• Handle email communications and respond to routine inquiries on behalf of the BD team.
• Monitor online platforms for potential business opportunities and build lead databases.

Skills Required

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools such as Salesforce or Zoho.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.

Experience

• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience required.
• Freshers will not be considered.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in:

• CRM Tools: Salesforce or Zoho
• MS Office Suite:
• Excel: Data handling and reporting
• Word: Documentation
• PowerPoint: Presentations
