Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and is passionate about sales and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, etc.)
• Understand customer needs and requirements to offer appropriate solutions
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and follow up regularly
• Schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients
• Deliver compelling sales pitches and product/service demonstration

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
