Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for entering specific data into our databases accurately and efficiently. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with a Bachelor of Arts degree and no prior professional experience in data entry.
Responsibilities:
- Inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents into the company database.
- Ensuring data accuracy and completeness at all times.
- Reviewing data for errors or discrepancies and making corrections as needed.
- Maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Generating reports and performing data analysis tasks as required.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding data handling and security.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Arts degree in any discipline.
- Excellent typing skills with a minimum typing speed of [XX] words per minute.
