Job Description

Key Responsibilities:  Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and cold outreach.  Generate qualified leads and convert them into potential clients.  Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and partners.  Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.  Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to develop customized solutions for clients.  Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of business to close deals effectively.  Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.  Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates.  Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and networking events when required. Requirements:  Education: 12+3 or above.  Experience: 1–3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management.  Skills: o Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. o Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. o Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. o Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented. o Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite. o Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
