The BDA will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, cold calling, networking, and digital outreach. • Schedule and conduct client meetings to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions. • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and update CRM systems regularly. • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align on strategy and execution. • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations. • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Track market trends and competitor activities to identify growth areas. • Foster long-term relationships with clients and partners to drive repeat business. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field (entry-level candidates welcome). • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and time management abilities. • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
