Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in standalone supermarkets & modern trade.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Identify business opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and business reviews.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Monitor account performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to align with client goals.
  • Share regular updates and performance reports with senior management.

Requirements

  • Graduate with

    25 years of BDE / MT sales experience

    in FMCG / Retail.
  • Strong knowledge of

    Standalone Supermarkets and Modern Trade operations

    .
  • Excellent

    communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

    .
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools.
  • Based in Hyderabad, with willingness to travel across the territory.
