Business Development Executive (BDE)

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. Your main duties will include networking, cold calling, and conducting market research to uncover potential leads. Building and nurturing strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients will be essential in understanding their needs and recommending suitable products or services. Collaborating closely with the marketing and sales teams, you will contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans to drive business growth. Your role will also involve preparing and delivering engaging presentations and proposals to clients. Meeting or surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets will be a key performance indicator. Keeping meticulous records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems will be crucial for tracking progress. To excel in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Previous experience in business development, sales, or a similar role will be advantageous. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively engaging with clients. The ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities simultaneously is important. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is required, along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
