Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Skills Required:Strong verbal communication and presentation skills Confidence in handling client-facing interactions and meetings Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) High level of enthusiasm to learn and grow in the commercial real estate / flexible workspace industry Key Responsibilities (KRAs):1. Lead Generation & OutreachActively generate potential client leads through: Cold calling from internal databases Outreach via LinkedIn and other professional platforms Identifying prospects for available office inventory and customized workspace solutions Maintain a structured log of all outreach and follow-up activities using CRM tools (if applicable) 2. Client Coordination & Site VisitsSchedule and coordinate meetings between clients and internal teams Personally accompany clients for site visits and provide detailed walkthroughs of office spaces and amenities Build rapport and professionally represent the company in all interactions 3. Proposal Sharing & Client CommunicationShare company profile, tailored proposals, office layouts, and detailed property information with interested clients Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations) to align proposals with client requirements Ensure timely, professional, and effective communication throughout the sales cycle 4. Market Intelligence & Competitor TrackingContinuously collect and update data on Competitor offerings, pricing, and amenities New commercial real estate developments and trends in target markets Share market insights with the team to improve internal offerings and maintain competitive advantage
