Business Development Executive (BDE)

The role involves leading generation to identify and generate new business leads using various channels like cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and online platforms. You will conduct market research to discover new market opportunities, analyze competitors, and track industry trends to stay ahead in the market. Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients, partners, and stakeholders is crucial to drive sales and business opportunities. You will be responsible for approaching potential clients with tailored solutions, delivering pitches, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Collaboration with the marketing, sales, and product teams is essential to align business development activities with company goals. You will manage and update accurate records of leads, opportunities, and interactions in CRM tools. Supporting the development and execution of marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and generate leads is also a key responsibility. Representing the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars to foster connections and promote the brand is expected. Regular reporting on lead generation, conversion rates, business development activities, and market trends to management will be part of your role. This is a full-time position requiring a Bachelor's degree. A year of experience in business development and a year of total work experience is preferred. Proficiency in English is also preferred.
