Role Overview The Business Development Executive (BDE) will support the sales team by driving lead generation, managing sales outreach activities, maintaining CRM hygiene, coordinating partnerships, and ensuring smooth communication with prospects and partners. The role involves consistent follow-ups, campaign execution, and analytical reporting to support revenue growth and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead Follow-up & Outreach Execute targeted sales campaign emails to engage prospects and drive conversions. Run weekly email campaigns for lead nurturing and opportunity creation. Conduct follow-ups for discovery call no-shows and reschedule interactions. Send timely demo reminders and ensure high attendance rates. Sales Coordination & Pipeline Support Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM profiles for all leads, opportunities, and customers. Track communication history and email updates to support sales visibility. Support the sales cycle with timely follow-ups, updates, and coordination between teams. Partner & Event Coordination Perform Partner Camp-related follow-up activities to maximize partner engagement. Assist in partnership coordination tasks including communication, documentation, and meeting scheduling.
