Job Description:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to attract and enroll students into internship programs, aligning with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, career centers, student organizations, and other relevant stakeholders to promote internship opportunities and increase admissions.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, demands, and opportunities in the internship sector, and utilize findings to tailor outreach and recruitment efforts effectively.
  • Actively engage in outreach activities, including attending career fairs, hosting information sessions, and participating in networking events to promote internship programs and establish partnerships.
  • Generate leads through various channels such as social media, email campaigns, and direct outreach, and guide prospective students through the admissions process to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Oversee the admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment, providing guidance and support to students throughout the application process and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including admissions, marketing, and program management, to streamline processes, optimize resources, and ensure a seamless experience for students.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to student admissions and internship placements, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and prepare regular reports for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the education or internship sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools for lead management and reporting.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to internships and student admissions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
