Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the BDM in daily business development activities.
  • Counsel prospective students about courses and training programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, corporates, and institutional clients.
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into admissions.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to support promotional activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of IT courses and training industry will be an added advantage.
