Position: Business Development Executive (BDE) / Lead Generation Executive

Industry: Recruitment / Staffing / Placement Consultancy

Experience: 1.5 – 3 Years

Location:-Vijay Nagar (Indore) Onsite

Mon- Fri (Every Saturday Half day)

Role & Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities for recruitment & staffing services through

  cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking

  .
• Identify, connect, and build relationships with potential clients (corporates, HR heads, decision-makers).
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team to deliver staffing solutions.
• Maintain and update the database of leads, prospects, and client interactions.
• Schedule client meetings, presentations, and demos to explain our services.
• Ensure continuous

  follow-ups and closures

  for onboarding new clients.
• Work closely with the recruitment delivery team to ensure smooth client servicing.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly business development targets.

Key Skills Required

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).
• Strong persuasion & negotiation ability.
• Prior experience in

  lead generation / client acquisition for recruitment or staffing

  .
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and growth-oriented mindset.
