Your Role: Business Development Executive We’re looking for a consultative, self-driven sales professional who can convert warm leads and generate new opportunities for our core services: ✅ Website Development (Business Sites, Shopify, WooCommerce) ✅ Digital Marketing Retainers (SEO, Ads, Email, Funnels) ✅ Branding & Design Packages ✅ Paid Ad Campaigns (Meta & Google Ads) You will consult with potential clients , understand their digital needs, present tailored solutions, and close deals with confidence. Key Responsibilities Prospect and nurture leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email Pitch and close deals for websites, digital marketing, and branding services Prepare and present custom proposals and pricing decks Collaborate with internal teams (Web, Ads, Branding) to scope project requirements Maintain CRM records and follow-up pipelines Handle inbound inquiries + contribute to outbound sales initiatives Attend virtual/in-person meetings with clients (Delhi-based, if needed) Required Skills & Experience Minimum 1 year of proven sales or business development experience Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Confidence in consultative selling and needs-based solutioning Basic understanding of websites, branding, and marketing services Ability to build relationships and trust with decision-makers Comfortable with daily follow-ups and meeting monthly sales targets Nice-to-Have (Bonus) Skills Previous agency or tech services sales experience Knowledge of funnel strategies, landing pages, or service pricing models Experience selling Shopify or WordPress development Compensation & Incentives Base Salary: Competitive (Based on experience) Incentives: Attractive performance-based commissions on closed deals Opportunity for salary growth with performance reviews every 6 months Tools You’ll Use WhatsApp Business + Email Zoom / Google Meet for client calls Growth Path at Le Webexy You’ll be joining a leadership-driven agency that actively invests in people who show ownership.
